The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, a great addition to our stay. The location was fantastic as well, as it was very close to everything we wanted to see and do in this city. The hotel's proximity to metro stations made it easy for us to explore different areas, and the fact that it was in the center of SP was a big plus. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, making our experience even better.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They spoke multiple languages and provided great suggestions for local attractions. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to Ave. Paulista and other popular areas. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering all the necessary comforts. I especially enjoyed having a balcony with a nice view. Additionally, the breakfast selection was satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day.
No aspect of my stay at this hotel could be improved.
